BijouTheater Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid BijouTheater subscriptions offered by Wintree Corporation, doing business publicly as Wintree Studios. They supplement the BijouTheater Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By starting a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

1. Current Subscription Plans

The plans currently displayed on BijouTheater.tv are:

Applicable taxes may be added. Promotional pricing or discount codes may reduce the amount charged for a particular billing period. The price and material terms shown at checkout control the transaction.

2. What a Subscription Includes

A BijouTheater subscription provides ad-free web viewing of titles included in the subscription library during an active paid period.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews until you cancel it.

A monthly subscription renews each month. An annual subscription renews each year. The payment method provided at checkout will be charged the then-current subscription price, plus applicable taxes, at the beginning of each renewal period unless you cancel before the renewal charge is processed.

There is no minimum purchase obligation beyond the current paid billing period.

4. Authorization to Charge

By submitting payment information and confirming a subscription, you authorize BijouTheater and its payment processor, currently Stripe, to charge the selected subscription price and applicable taxes on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Stripe may store and process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. BijouTheater generally does not receive or store your full card number.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal associated with your subscription. The portal may be available through the link provided in a Stripe receipt, confirmation message, or subscription-management page.

If you cannot access the portal, email watch@bijou.theater with the email address used at checkout and request cancellation.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the checkout page or applicable law states otherwise. You will retain subscription access through that date, and no further renewal charge should be made.

Online subscribers will be offered an online cancellation method. You will not be required to telephone us to cancel an online subscription.

6. Annual Renewal Notice

Where required by law, we will send a written reminder before an annual subscription renews. The notice will explain that the subscription will renew, identify the cancellation deadline, and provide a cancellation method.

You are responsible for maintaining a current email address with Stripe or BijouTheater so that notices can be delivered.

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods. If the price of an active recurring subscription will increase, we will provide notice as required by law before the new price is charged.

A price change will not alter a billing period that has already been paid.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be limited to new subscribers, selected plans, specific dates, or one use per customer. Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly allowed.

When a promotion applies only to the first billing period, the subscription will renew afterward at the regular price disclosed at checkout unless canceled.

Discount codes have no cash value and may be changed, suspended, or ended for future transactions.

9. Billing Problems and Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe or BijouTheater may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, limit access, or cancel the subscription.

You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated, or incorrect.

10. Access and Technical Limitations

The current website may recognize subscription access through browser cookies, local storage, payment tokens, or access links. Clearing browser data, changing devices, using private browsing, or blocking required technologies may prevent the Service from recognizing a valid subscription.

If this occurs, contact watch@bijou.theater with the email address and transaction details used at checkout. We may require reasonable verification before restoring access.

11. Platform-Billed Subscriptions

A subscription purchased through an independent smart-TV platform, app store, or distribution partner may be billed, renewed, canceled, and refunded under that platform's procedures and policies.

Unless BijouTheater expressly confirms account linking, a platform-billed subscription may not automatically provide access on BijouTheater.tv, and a website subscription may not automatically provide paid access through an independent platform.

12. Refunds

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a billing period already charged.

Refund eligibility is governed by the BijouTheater Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.

13. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms for future transactions or renewals. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated as required by law.
